MTOOL has implemented a dedicated electrode Design & Production Department. Every Electrode is run through Delcam's Powershape Electrode, to ensure error-free co-ordinates accompany all groups of electrodes.
 Complicated electrodes are produced quickly and efficiently. They are framed, assigned Datums and engraved to fully complete our Electrode Management System. This type of management, away from the EDM machines, allows our Spark Erosion section to run 24 hours per day with no downtime. |
