The Röders 600p High Speed Machine is coupled to a 16-station pallet loading work cell, with the potential to call on 50 tools at any one time.
It is also linked to a networked 'Co-ordinate Measuring Machine' which gives us the ability to preset and accurately load the pallets with work pieces away from the High Speed Milling Machine.
This gives us the capability to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
