The Agietron Advance 4 machine complements the high speed machining process, with erosion times reduced by half. This innovative machine allows for multi pallet set up, and carries 15 electrode stations.
 To facilitate this increased demand, electrodes are preset ready for erosion. During this presetting they undergo a full inspection confirming X, Y, Z co-ordinates and spark gap. Work pieces are also preset and inspected during this process via Delcam's Power Inspect Software. The efficient manufacture of electrodes utilising Delcam's Powershape & Power Inspect software ensures maximum use of the electrode stations on our spark erosion machines. |
